Only available on weekdays, you need to arrive at the store 10-15 minutes in advance to change your equipment based on the appointment time
You can choose one of the two boards, and you cannot change during the class.
The experience process is 15 minutes on the machine, 15 minutes of rest, and then 15 minutes on the machine again. There will be a coach to teach you throughout the process.
