Note:

• Arrive at the hotel lobby 30 minutes before your selected pick up time
  
• Each passenger can carry on one hand luggage, and one 24-inch luggage
• This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible.
  
• Please note that most drivers in Vietnam have very limited English proficiency, your patience and sympathy in English communication is appreciated. If you have any concern, please contact the phone number listed on the voucher (whatsapp)
  
• Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to seat groups together.
  
• There is a mix of Vietnamese and foreign tourists on the bus.

• Additional luggage, please pay an additional fee of VND 50,000/piece and cannot bring more than 1 extra piece of luggage.
• This is a direct transfer. There is one stop at gas station for toilet break
• Child seats are not available
• Seat arrangement: seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at time of booking
• 01 day before the service date, a driver will contact you via Whatsapp/ Email. Please provide your contact number during the booking process.

• FOC for children 0- > 3 years old sharing seats with parents.
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
