Route

How to get there

  • By train: Take line U7, U8, or U15 to the Ruhbank (Fernsehturm) or Waldau stops, both just a short walk away through the forest to the TV tower. From Stuttgart main station, the U7 takes 11 minutes, while the U15 takes 16 minutes to reach Ruhbank (Fernsehturm)

  • By car: Take B27 to Dobelstrasse, then follow Sonnenbergstrasse and Richard-Wagner-Strasse to Jahnstrasse. For the A8 motorway, exit at 52a-52b and follow signs to B27. Free parking is available at the tower, but it's located within a low-emission zone. Use Park & Ride lots outside the zone for a fee of 1-2 euros per day
