1. Safety regulations for admission

You will not be allowed to enter if you:

• People under 12 years old, pregnant women, people who have just undergone surgery, people with epilepsy, and people with cardiovascular diseases (including but not limited to heart disease and hypertension).
• People with sensitive skin or open wounds, infectious diseases (skin diseases, open tuberculosis, etc.), pacemakers or other metal stents, malignant tumors, and severe anemia.
• On an empty stomach, within 30 minutes after a meal, after drinking alcohol, when severely sleep deprived, when suffering from heat stroke, or after intense exercise.
• Those who have recently undergone laser or micro plastic surgery, or have minor local wounds or sensitive skin.
• Other people who are unwell, such as those with symptoms of cold, cough or fever.
• People with favism and allergy to essential oils.

Other safety reminders:

• Women who are menstruating should use the product appropriately according to their own physical condition. It is not recommended to use a high-temperature bath during menstruation. If you feel dizzy or have abnormal bleeding during use, please stop using it and leave the bath.
• The equipment in the museum requires sitting or lying down. People under 15 years old, seniors over 60 years old, people with poor health, and people with mobility difficulties are advised to assess their own conditions before entering the museum; and avoid using the equipment alone to avoid accidents.
• When using the bathing area, please make appropriate adjustments according to your personal physical condition; if you feel unwell, please notify the staff as soon as possible.
• Electronic products or items that are not resistant to high temperatures are not allowed into the hot springs to avoid damage to the items. The company is not responsible for compensation for this.
• There are emergency bells in the rock bathing rooms, toilets and showers at the venue. You can press them to call for help in an emergency. (Please do not press unless it is an emergency)

2. Venue Use Regulations

• In order to ensure a comfortable and safe consumption environment, the company may stop allowing ticket purchases and admission if the maximum number of people entering the venue is exceeded.
• In order to maintain a safe and comfortable consumption environment, please comply with the following matters; if you fail to comply, the Company may terminate the provision of services. If the venue or other consumers are injured or property is damaged, you shall bear the relevant compensation liability.
• No outside food is allowed in this venue; no food or drink is allowed in the bedrock bath room, including the Finnish sauna and cooling room.
• No smoking (including e-cigarettes).
• Pets are not allowed.
• Running and playing in the venue is not allowed.
• Please keep quiet in the venue. If you need to talk, please lower your volume to avoid disturbing others.
• You will sweat a lot after bathing, so please keep hydrated.
• The lockers in this venue are only for storage purposes. Please keep your valuables properly. If you lose them, the company will not be liable for damages. Please use them with care. If any damage occurs, you will be responsible for the relevant compensation.
• Please keep the keys to the shoe cabinet and locker properly. A fee of 300 yuan will be charged if the keys are damaged or lost.
• The venue provides customers with yukata, bath towels and towels. Please use them properly. If they are damaged or lost, compensation will be charged.
• If you need to change to clean clothes and supplies, you can go to the counter to pay the cleaning fee for replacement: 50 yuan/set for bathrobe and 30 yuan/set for bath towel.
