A guided tour to discover the beating heart of our company and live an exclusive experience that culminates with the vertical tasting of three great vintages of Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Classico. The purpose of our tour is to retrace to our visitors the stages that the bunch of grapes accomplishes: from the vineyard to the bottle. The route starts from the vineyard behind our company (Vigneto Santa Cristina), one of the few remaining a few hundred meters from Lake Garda. We then continue in the reception area of the grapes, the fermentation cellar, the underground barrel cellar. The tour then continues in the bottling room and warehouses, where each bottle is carefully packaged to tell, our identity. At the end of the tour we return to the barrique where we will start a special vertical of 3 vintages: 1998 ️ warm and mature, with soft tannins and harmonious structure, 2008 fresh and complex, with lively acidity and red fruits, 2018 elegant and young, with great finesse and long future. Tasting of a young Amarone taken directly from the barrique, All accompanied DA platter with cold cuts, cheeses and local products.
