Visit Doune Castle (optional), known as Castle Leoch, home of Clan MacKenzie, and pass Stirling Castle, which you can explore on another tour.
In Linlithgow, enjoy lunch and visit Linlithgow Palace (optional), Outlander’s Wentworth Prison. Then, head to Blackness Castle (optional), Fort William in the series, and enjoy views of the Forth Bridges.
Finally, visit Midhope Castle (optional), Jamie Fraser’s Lallybroch (seasonal), or explore the Forth Bridges before returning to Edinburgh.
