The first stop is the magnificent Nikko Toshogu Shrine, which not only enshrines Tokugawa Ieyasu, but also hides countless exquisite carvings and painted details: there are "sleeping cats and sparrows" symbolizing peace, and the intriguing "three monkeys", one step at a time, one story, and every step is wonderful.

• Outside the car window, Iroha Mountain Road quietly shows its charm-48 bends are like dragons and snakes, and the changing mountain and forest paintings of the four seasons are slowly unfolded, especially the layers of red leaves in autumn, which are so beautiful that they take your breath away🍁.

• Instructions for Elderly and Pregnant Tourists If the applicant is over 70 years old or pregnant, you need to sign a waiver of liability agreement to protect your safety and rights. Please make a note in the "Special Needs" column when placing an order. We will send the agreement document by email after receiving the order. Please sign in advance and take a photo and send it back to complete the registration process.
• Luggage Carrying Regulations Each tourist can carry 1 piece of luggage for free (recommended within the size of a carry-on suitcase). Please indicate in the "Special Needs" column when booking. If you carry it temporarily and do not inform us one day in advance, it may cause congestion in the carriage and affect safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse to board the bus and the fee will not be refunded.
• Instructions for Infants If there are infants under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat among the traveling companions, please be sure to make a note when booking. Even if they do not occupy a seat, they must be counted in the vehicle's maximum capacity. If you do not inform us in advance, the tour guide has the right to refuse to board the bus.
• 【Pre-trip tips】
• Notification time and method We will send an email between 20:00 and 21:00 the day before the trip to inform the tour guide and vehicle information. If you have booked a hotel pick-up package, please follow the instructions in the email and wait outside the hotel lobby at the specified time. The email may be mistakenly identified as spam, so please check it carefully. In the peak season or special circumstances, the email sending time may be delayed, and the last email will prevail.
• Meeting and late arrival instructions This activity is a carpooling trip, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. If you are late, you will not be able to wait or get a refund, and the resulting responsibilities and expenses will be borne by you. Please understand.
• Vehicle type and accompanying language instructions We will arrange the vehicle type according to the number of people on the day, and we cannot specify the type of vehicle. You may travel with guests who speak other languages during the trip, please be aware of this.
• Meeting point confirmation Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you change the meeting point due to personal reasons and cannot get on the bus, you will not be able to get a refund, please understand.
• Seasonal activities: Cherry blossoms, red leaves, special flowering periods, snow scenes, lantern festivals, festivals and other seasonal activities are easily affected by weather or other force majeure. If no official cancellation notice is received, the trip will depart as usual. If the flowering period or scenery is not as expected, no refund will be made. Please be aware of this.

• Departure time may be adjusted: During the peak tourist season or special circumstances, the departure time of the trip may be advanced or delayed. The specific details will be subject to the email notification the day before. Please prepare in advance.
• Seat arrangement: In principle, carpooling trips are arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please make a note when booking. We will try our best to coordinate, but the final arrangement will be subject to the on-site dispatch of the tour guide.
• Itinerary sequence adjustment instructions: Due to Japan's strict control of the use time of operating vehicles, the attractions, transportation and stay time included in the itinerary will be flexibly arranged according to the situation on the day. In case of special circumstances such as traffic jams and weather changes, the tour guide will consult the majority of opinions and reasonably adjust the sequence or delete some attractions. Please cooperate.
• Instructions for not leaving the group midway The trip is a group activity, and you cannot leave the group midway or leave the group without authorization. If you choose to leave the group midway, the remaining trip will be deemed to be voluntarily abandoned and the fee will not be refunded. The risks or responsibilities caused after leaving the group are borne by the individual.
• The end time is for reference only. Due to the long journey, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the trip ends. If there is a loss due to delay, our company will not be liable for compensation.
