We will contact you the day before the car is used. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving the ID, please turn on the new friend setting so that the customer service staff can contact you in time) After getting on the car, you will take the fastest highway route directly to the hotel. No stops on the way.
After ordering the pick-up service, the customer service team will provide you with service between 8 am and 11 pm Japan time. If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
If the pick-up flight is delayed for more than 2 hours and we are unable to replace the vehicle, we can cancel the order for customers free of charge. If the flight is cancelled or the weather is canceled, we can cancel the order for you free of charge
If the pick-up flight is delayed, please be sure to notify customer service as soon as possible (before the flight takes off at the latest). The customer service team will try to mobilize the vehicle for you. If it cannot be replaced, you can cancel the order for you free of charge.
If the flight is cancelled due to force majeure such as bad weather, you can cancel the order for free after providing proof.
This product is not pet-friendly.
The voucher will contain the information of the driver and vehicle on the day of the trip. In order to cooperate with the time we confirm this information, your voucher will be sent one day before the trip, please understand.
