Service time and scope:
・Standard airport pick-up service time is between 6 am and 10 pm. If your pick-up time exceeds this range, an additional late-night service fee of 4,000 yen will be charged
・Pick-up area: between Kansai Airport (KIX) and Osaka City, Japan
・The car use time cannot be changed within 48 hours before the start of the car use
・The pick-up location can be changed for free 12 hours before the car use. If it exceeds 12 hours, it will be charged according to the distance between the new and old addresses, one kilometer/500 yen
Pick-up time related:
・Airport pick-up service: The pick-up time cannot be customized. The pick-up time is based on the flight landing time. The free waiting time is 90 minutes from the flight landing time specified by the guest. If you need to wait for more than 90 minutes for free, please be sure to contact the driver and you can pay an additional 30 minutes/3,000 yen overtime fee. If it exceeds 90 minutes and the guest cannot be contacted, the driver has the right to leave directly and no refund will be made.
・Airport drop-off service: Guests can customize the pick-up time, and it is recommended to leave 4 hours in advance. If the driver's subsequent orders are not affected after 30 minutes of the designated pick-up time, the customer can pay an additional 30 minutes/3,000 yen overtime fee. If the driver fails to contact the customer after 30 minutes, the driver has the right to leave directly and no refund will be made.

If the pick-up flight is delayed for more than 2 hours and we are unable to replace the vehicle, we can cancel the order for the customer free of charge. If the flight is cancelled or cancelled due to weather reasons, we can cancel the order for customers free of charge
If the pick-up flight is delayed, please be sure to notify customer service as soon as possible (before the flight takes off at the latest). The customer service team will try to mobilize the vehicle for you. If it cannot be replaced, you can cancel the order for you free of charge.
If the flight is cancelled due to force majeure such as bad weather, you can cancel the order for free after providing proof.
