In the 2 hours of Taichi Practise, you will have tense physical and mental excises, and then the whole body will relax completely. You will experience a joyful and genuine Chinese Taichi Practice.
In the practising room or the beautiful roof garden, you will practise Taichi following the coach's movement in Chinese traditional Guzhen music. The coach practices in front of you, and a big mirror is on the wall. You can see your movement and the coach. The coach can see your activity and guide you hand-in-hand immediately when your movement is incorrect.
You will not only learn correct movement but also how to adjust your breath correctly during practice and valuable knowledge to guide you in practising Taichi on regular days.

Taichi can rejuvenate internal energy through deep breathing, improving blood circulation and reducing mental stress. As a result, it helps maintain a better balance of body and mind. You will practice Taichi following the coach who can speak English. The coach guides your movement hand-in-hand for around 2 hours. In the 2 hours of practice, you will learn the primary and simple Taichi movement; you will know how to control the breath in the movement, when you should inhale, when you should exhale, and the frequency. You will follow the coach's movement; in the mirror, he can compare your movement and the coach's; he can correct your movement when yours are incorrect. You will learn how to keep practising Taiching in the long term in the future. This activity is not private.
