Booking our Services can range from making it through our website or calling our Dispatch Center.
During the booking process, there will be a request to place a Pick-up Address, a Drop-off Address, A Date/Time, Vehicle Selection as well as any additional information the passenger would provide such as flight info or car seat request.
Once booked, a confirmation will be sent to your email.
A chauffeur will contact the designated passenger on the day of the reservation to discuss instruction on pickup.
If picking from an airport, the chauffeur will track the flight as needed.
When the passenger lands, the chauffeur will reach out and discuss instruction on where to meet up.
Once the passenger is in the vehicle, the chauffeur will then head to the designated drop-off as instructed prior.
Choose to be picked up from a list of locations
Please arrive at the pick up point 10 minutes before departure time.
A chauffeur will contact the passenger listed on the day of the reservation to provide confirmation as well as discuss instruction for pickup. A 15-minute standby period is provided. Any time exceeding these standby periods will incur additional charges. Standby charges for Sedans are set at $85. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will be billed the full fare, and no refunds will be given for no-shows, defined as clients who do not arrive within one hour of the scheduled pickup time. Should changes to the reservation be made within 3 hours of the scheduled time, a fee equivalent to the standby charge will be applied. By submitting payment for this invoice, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Refunds: Please note that all refunds will be subject to a 10% processing fee.
