To wear running or trail running shoes, sportswear, a drink, a towel
Outdoor sports, including bodyweight and cardio strengthening exercises. The sessions take place on a historic site with a magnificent view of the mountains, by the sea. Classes begin with a muscle warm-up and continue with muscle strengthening alternated with cardio exercises. Remember to come in sportswear with running shoes, a towel, and a drink.
