Important Information
- To ensure that the information is correct and there are no temporary changes, driver information will be provided by letter and text message approximately 24 hours before departure.
- If you do not receive the driver information on time, or if you fail to contact the driver successfully, please inquire through the Over The Planet system as soon as possible and we will assist you as soon as possible.
- According to local traffic laws, children under 8 years old, weighing less than 36 kilograms, or being less than 145 centimeters tall must be equipped with child safety seats when riding in all types of vehicles.
- If you have a need for an infant seat/child seat, please be sure to inform it in advance in the order notes and provide the age, height, and weight of the infant or child. We will assist in the arrangement. If not notified in advance 5 days before the date of use, we will not be able to provide it. this service. The infant seat/child seat service will be based on the actual inventory on the date of use and cannot be guaranteed to be available, so please note.
- If you have a need for pet sharing, please be sure to inform us in advance in the remarks of the order, and we will assist in arranging it. If not informed in advance, we will not be able to provide this service, so please note.
- Please be sure to confirm the quantity and size of your luggage before placing an order (please meet the required dimensions) and inform this in the order notes. - If you want to bring golf bags, surfboards, photographic equipment and other luggage, please be sure to inform us in the order notes so that the local pick-up company can arrange it.
- Passengers carrying a stroller must inform the quantity in the order notes and choose a 5-seater model. If the quantity is not informed in advance or the wrong plan is purchased, the driver reserves the right to refuse the ride, so please be sure to pay attention before placing a reservation.
- Airport transfers can only stop at Calgary International Airport (YYC) or downtown Calgary/Banff (single location). We do not provide services that stop at other locations along the way, so please note before booking.
- The arrival time of domestic flights starts to be calculated, and the calculation of international flights starts 30 minutes after arrival: the driver will wait for 60 minutes for free. If the passenger "fails to arrive at the waiting place after the free waiting time" or "fails to contact the driver after the free waiting time" , the driver has the right to decide whether to leave the scene, the service will be canceled and no refund will be given, please be informed; the free waiting time for the airport drop-off service is 15 minutes, please apply accordingly.
- All vehicle models do not include barrier-free facilities. Passengers with mobility difficulties are advised to note that we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- Please pay attention to the maximum number of passengers and luggage of the selected plan. If it exceeds the maximum number of passengers, you will need to book a second car.

司機好但KKday客服很爛
四顆星是給包車司機,準時、人好相處。掉一顆星是因為KKday客服回答問題根本毫無幫助,基本上KKday也是跟當地中國旅行社統包合作,直接找他們快些,服務更好些
