Coasteering in the Arrabida Natural Park (Lisbon region)
Vertente Natural was the pioneer of Coasteering in Portugal and global leaders in the introduction of ropes and zip-lines.
It consist of a progression along the coast line, scrambling, swimming, climbing, rappelling, zip-lining and cliff jumping into the water.
The only requirement is that participants be able swimmers!

- Wetsuit

- Sport Footwear to go on water (it can be normal sport shoes)
- Extra pair of shorts to put over the suit
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if the weather conditions doesnt allow to do the activity with the standard safety requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund
- Recommended age for children > 12
Meet
Pickup and Dropoff
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 65 minutes before departure time.
Additional Information
To transfer you to the activity location, we will pick you up in front of Hard Rock Café, 150m down the road from the Heritage Hotel. Transfer point: Av. da Liberdade 2, 1250-140 Lisboa, Portugal NOTE - if you book the activity with transfer, you will have around 1h free after the activity - we suggest a walk around the fishing port while you wait.

- If you need Transfer from Lisbon - we will pick up near the Hard Rock Café.
