Spend an enjoyable, fun evening learning how to cook delicious and healthy Thai food at Grandma’s Home Cooking School. The cooking is done in an open pavilion set in the beautiful gardens of an organic farm just outside Chiang Mai. Visit an organic farm and get to know the locals as you walk around with your class. Enjoy collecting eggs and some fresh ingredients. The evening class teaches how to cook four dishes such as soup, a stir-fried dish, a curry, and a dessert. Create your very own curry paste with the help and guidance of your English-speaking instructor. Small group size, with a maximum of 8 participants, each with an individual cooking station.

Tour an organic farm filled with fresh fruits and vegetables. Our instructors will guide you our organic farm while explaining Thai herbs and vegetables. Enjoy collecting eggs and some fresh ingredients. Follow the instructions of your professional English-speaking guide as you cook a variety of authentic Thai dishes such as Hot and Sour Soup or Coconut Soup, Thai Stir Fried with Rice Noodle, Green Curry or Red Curry, and Mango Sticky Rice. Enjoy the fruits of your labor by sharing a meal with your group. Exchange stories as you sample each others' cooking before you head back to your accommodation.
