Learn how to cook typical genoese fresh pasta and make the most delicious and well known sauce: the pesto! The whole activity will be carried out inside a beautiful palace The participants will learn about the ingredients and the traditions: they will make the dough for fresh pasta and learn how to shape it, the technique of making pesto with traditional tools and all tips from a real local. Once the meal is ready you'll have lunch in a very nice terrace overlooking the Square
