The Hindu shrines of Batu Caves, where steps up the mountain are guarded by a golden statue of Murugan. • Please wear comfortable walking shoes for the hike up to the Batu Caves • Shorts and sleeveless shirts are not allowed for the temple visit • You will have to remove your shoes before entering the temple
