Loading and guidance will take on average 30 minutes but may take over an hour depending upon the experience level of guests. Guests are in 100 percent control of their horses at all times.

We take safety and horse care seriously, which means the experience may run longer or shorter than expected. Please understand: Loading and preparing each group properly is a priority, and can take over an hour. We are on cowboy time. We won’t rush the horses, the wranglers, or the experience— Hydration is key—for both riders and horses! Please be patient as we ensure all animals and guests are ready for a safe and enjoyable ride.
