Bluecoat

You will meet your guide in front of the front gates of the Bluecoat building School Lane, Liverpool L1 3BX.

Liverpool Sailors Home Gateway'

You will stop at this splendid monument in honour of Sailors Home that served the maritime community and is a great chance for a photo with a golden Liver bird !

You will explore this fascinating area known as Ropewalks in Liverpool is called that because it was historically the location of rope-making for sailing ships.

  • Your guide (wearing purple) will meet you in front of black railings/courtyard gates of The Bluecoat building also known as The Bluecoat Chamber, School Lane, Liverpool L1 3BX. Castle Fine Art shop will be opposite you.(Please note this is not the Blue Coat School that is outside the city centre)

End Points

  • This tour ends at a convenient city centre location at the entrance to Mathew Street. You can then opt to explore Mathew Street on your own where you will find the Cavern Club, or if you wanted to enjoy a walking tour about the Fab Four, then you could book onto our Beatles walking tour.
