Arrival and Departure Information Please ensure you have reconfirmed your pick up within 24 hours of arrival via the Oasis Transport home page or by contacting us on +61 431 133 713. Please make sure your flight number and scheduled arrival time are correct.
Domestic Arrivals Once you have landed, please make your way to the baggage carousel claim area where your driver will be waiting for you, holding a sign (tablet) with your name and arrival flight number. Look for a dark blue shirt with the Oasis logo.
International Arrivals After passing through Customs and Immigration and entering into the arrival hall your driver will be waiting for you, holding a sign (tablet) with your name and arrival flight number. Look for a dark blue shirt with the Oasis logo.
Departure Information Please ensure you provide your departing flight number and time when making your reservation. This will ensure a stress free departure. Recommended pick up times and arrival time to the airport may change depending on local events, time of departure, terminal required (Domestic or International).
Delayed Flights Oasis Transport track and monitor all arriving flights. In the event of a delay there is no need to contact us, we will have our driver meet you accordingly.
Cancelled Flights In the event of your flight being cancelled or changed, please call us immediately for alternative pick up times to be arranged.

AIRPORT PICK UP Your driver will be awaiting your arrival, near your baggage carousel, holding a sign with your name on it. For International arrivals your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall, near the visitors information desk. HOTEL PICK UP Your driver, wearing a Navy Blue Oasis / Grey Tour Logistics Uniform will be awaiting your arrival at the pick up area of your hotel / Resort. CANT FIND YOUR DRIVER? DELAYED OR CANCELLED FLIGHTS If your flight is delayed there is no need to worry! We monitor all guest flights & should your flight be delayed we will arrange your driver accordingly. If your flight has been cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible. CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING To avoid any delays, Tour Logistics / Oasis Transport will contact you the day before by email or text message to confirm all booking details are correct & no balance is owing unless other arrangements have been made. We ask all guests to ensure all of your details including mobile phone number, flight times & flight numbers are correct.
