Closest pickup from the Airport and Cruise terminal is at Bayside Marketplace.

Important Information – Please Read Carefully We provide hotel pickups only in the South Beach area of Miami Beach, specifically from 1st Street to 23rd Street. If you are staying in Miami Beach but outside of South Beach (north of 23rd Street), we will send you the closest meeting point near your hotel. For all guests staying outside of Miami Beach, pickups are only available at Bayside Marketplace (401 Biscayne Boulevard, Downtown Miami). Please note: We do not offer hotel pickups outside of the Miami Beach area. Driving? If you are driving, we recommend meeting us at Bayside Marketplace, as the tour starts and ends there. Parking is available at the main entrance, making it easy to access your vehicle once the tour is finished.
Meeting Points
- The last pickup location is at 1651 Washingtonave right outside Raising Cane’s at the bus stop. Pickup times for Washington Avenue: 9:30 a.m. 10:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m. 2:30 p.m. We kindly ask all customers to be ready 5 minutes prior to their scheduled pickup time to ensure a smooth and timely departure.
- Pick up at the Burger King Whopper Bar, right at the bus stop outside of the restaurant. Pick-up times are scheduled for 9:20 a.m., 10:20 a.m., 1:20 p.m., and 2:20 p.m. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time to ensure a smooth departure.
- Pickup at 555 Washington Avenue, outside CVS Pharmacy at the bus stop, is 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time: 9:15 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 1:15 p.m., and 2:15 p.m. Please be ready 5 minutes before for a smooth departure.
- Customers are responsible for transportation back to the hotel or pick up point. After the tour concludes, we finish at Bayside Marketplace, located in downtown Miami. Bayside is a market Filled with a variety of restaurants, activities, and attractions to explore.
