Oshino Hakkai is a very beautiful tourist attraction with traditional thatched roof houses and check out the wonderfully clear ponds formed by the water of Mt Fuji. You can see magnificent Mt. Fuji from here.

The Kachi Kachi Ropeway ascends 400 meters from the eastern shore of Lake Kawaguchi to an observation deck near the peak of Mount Tenjo. There is an observation deck that overlooks Mt. Fuji here.
