I am a cook from the North of Argentina, I am a professional cook but fundamentally I am a traditional cook. I come from many generations of Argentine women cooks, I learned since I was a child all my culture and my tradition and my traditions from my gaucho family. I am passionate about my culture and my Argentine cuisine, I also work actively in safeguarding Argentine gastronomic culture, so I will be happy to share all these stories and experiences with you.
In this cooking class in beautiful Tilcara, I will give you my experience and experiences about traditional Argentine cuisine, I will show you the products of the region and we will cook all the preparations over a wood fire. I will tell you each of the stories of our traditional dishes and then you can enjoy all the food we prepare in a three-course lunch with natural drinks and wines from the Humahuaca ravine. The atmosphere of the experience is outdoors and in a typical Jujuy house.
