Arrival and Departure ARRIVAL – AIRPORT PICKUP Pickup at the airport takes place outside. After clearing customs and immigration, proceed to the arrival area. To leave the terminal, go through the information desk's first door on the right. Proceed to the Groovy Grouper section by turning right. See your name on the sign indicating Scott Jamaica Tours, held by our driver or greeter who will be waiting behind the barricade. Once you've spotted the driver or greeter, give them your booking details, and they will direct you to your ride. DEPARTURE/RETURN TRANSFER- HOTEL PICKUP Pickup from the hotel is scheduled for 4 hours before the flight departure time you specify on this reservation. A message will be sent through your reservation with your exact pickup time. On your departure date, please check out and be ready at least 10-15 minutes prior to this time. Meet your driver at the entrance to the main lobby as specified on your reservation. Drivers can wait only 15 minutes after the pickup time given.
