You will have an induction of how the typical Guatemalan food is prepared, while a Shaman will give a talk about the Mayan Cosmovision and a reading about the Nahual (Mayan mythical animal that each one possesses, according to the Mayan Cosmovision) of the clients. They will enjoy a typical lunch called Pepián, which is traditional from San Antonio, Aguas Calientes,
