- At Chouinard Pier. Please note that parking could be difficult to find and there could be very heavy traffic, therefore we recommend to use public transport or arrive in the area in advance.

Ticket Redemption
Boarding is at Chouinard Pier. Before boarding, please visit the ticket booth (located right next to the boat at Chouinard Pier) to exchange your voucher (electronic or physical) for your cruise ticket. Don’t forget to bring a photo ID. Paid parking is available at Chouinard Pier or nearby, such as at SPAQ Canotiers parking (40 Dalhousie Street, Québec, QC G1K 4B2).
