- Our meeting site and gift shop is located at Harvey Airfield adjacent to a Private residence. Enter using the double gates on the left. Plenty of parking in the gravel area just in front of the Gazebo area. Check-in with our team at our Gift Shop near the Gazebo

Ticket Redemption
Our meeting/check-in location is adjacent to a private residence. Please do not go to the residence for any reason. Parking is in the grass area to the right as you enter the driveway. Check-in is located at the Gazebo area north of the parking area. The time listed for your event is your arrival time. Do not arrive more than 15 minutes early. Flights are subject to proper weather. You will receive notification 2 hours prior to meeting time. If you do not, you must call our office for flight status.
