Be ready at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before pick-up time. We'll confirm the accurate pick-up time 24 hours before the activitie date. The driver will arrive at the hotel lobby asking for the leading name in the reservation and will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. In case of not contacting the guest, a "NO SHOW" note will be left and availability must be verified to reschedule in the next few days.
