People with claustrophobia are strictly prohibited from this event
For guests with limited mobility or any doubts regarding any health and body related concerns, kindly inquire with customer service in advance regarding your participation in the experience. If it is in case on the day of tour, you may be rejected for participation and no refunds will be given.
For participants with seasickness, please take seasickness medicine in advance because there is no medicine for sale on site. If it is in case on the day of tour, you may be rejected for participation and no refunds will be given.
If the waves are calm, the experience can proceed even in the rain. However, in case of rough sea conditions, the tour may be cancelled, or there might be changes to certain activity spots
For safety reasons,there are weight restrictions of 75kg or less for women and 99kg or less for men. Please avoid participating if you exceed this weight limit, as there will be no refunds in such cases
Participating minors (under 18 yeas old) need a signature from their legal guardian to participate.
People with the following conditions will not be able to participate in this activity and there is no refund：mental illiness, circulatory system or respiratory system diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver failure, hangover or under the influence of alcohol, etc. In addition, accordingly to your health condition on the day of the activity, you might not be able to join us.
Moreover, if your health condition is assessed as unsuitable on the day of the tour, you are not able to participate, and no refunds are arranged. Please note that as the minimum numbers for applying the tour is two, If you are a group of two, but one of the participants is rejected to take part, the other one could not join the tour too. Thus, there are no refunds for two people.
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

- [Attraction/experience] Blue Cave, Arrive at the cave, do breathing training for snorkeling, and start the activity (snorkeling for 40-50 minutes)
- [Return] at Seven Oceans Club, You can choose to return at the following times: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00. Options available can vary based on the departure time you selected at booking and the duration of the itinerary. 1. Return to the port and back to Seven Oceans Club
- Take a warm shower and change clothes; finish the activity
