Participants aged 0-5 and aged 59+ are not allowed to participate in snorkeling

If you are prone to motion sickness, we strongly recommend you take travel sickness tablets 1 hour(s) before the activity time
Swimming skill is not required to participate as the operator provides high-standard safety equipment and experienced instructors to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience
Participants who have answered yes to any questions on the medical form are not allowed to participate the tour
People with claustrophobia are strictly prohibited from this event
For guests with limited mobility, please be sure to ask the customer service in advance if you can participate in the tour

People with the following conditions will not be able to participate in this activity： mental illness, circulatory system or respiratory system diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver failure, hangover or under the influence of alcohol. In addition, accordingly to your health condition on the day of the activity, you might not be able to join us without refund
Participating minors (under 18 yeas old) need a signature from their legal guardian to participate
For safety reasons, there is a weight limit for this activity with a maximum weight of 110kg. Please avoid participating if you exceed this weight limit, as there will be no refunds in such cases
A lifejacket is mandatory during the tour.
There is no luggage storage facility at the venue, so please do not bring any luggage. Also please minimise and keep an eye on your valuables during the day.
Please arrange your own towel and changing clothes on the day, otherwise you are not allowed to ride on the pick-up vehicle when returning.
Participants who are hungover or have been drinking alcohol on the same day will be refused boarding without a refund.
Depending on the sea conditions and the wind, it may not be able to enter the Blue Cave for safety reasons. If it is in case, the snorkelling tour will be held at an alternative location which is near Blue Cave. Please note that there are no refund or any compensation under this situation.
If the waves are calm, it is still possible to do snorkeling even under raining condition.
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Either way, you'll get convenient pick up and friendly staff to guide you by foot, or take you by boat to the Blue Cave.

- Please wear swimsuits to the shop and bring your own bath towel, sun screen lotion, and waterproof shoes
- Showers and changing rooms are provided, you can take a shower on site after the experience
