This activity is covered by insurance, please follow the instructor’s instructions during the experience. If you do not comply with the coach's instructions, in order to avoid accidents, we have the right to immediately suspend the activity for the safety of both parties without refunding the fees.

Participants are between the ages of 6 and 60 and are in good health. If you have asthma or other diseases, please do not participate.

It is recommended to wear non-absorbent materials during activities, such as swimwear, beach pants, yoga pants, etc. It is also recommended to bring a set of full-body clothing (from inside to outside) that can be changed after the activity

Please arrive and check in 30 minutes before the event starts

If the weather is temporarily bad on the day of participation, we have the right to cancel the activity before launching the water for safety reasons. You can choose to postpone (limited to the current year) or refund (subject to deducting an insurance administrative fee of 100 yuan)

If you have already entered the water but the weather changes during the activity, the instructor may suspend the activity and allow you to make up the hours next time. No refunds will be given after entering the water.

Whether it can be washed: Depending on the venue, the coach will provide a changing tent for changing clothes.

Can children participate: It is recommended that children over six years old participate. Children under six years old who can accept the instructions of the instructor and bring their own life jackets can also participate.

Whether pets can participate: please contact the coach to confirm

Whether the activity will be canceled if it rains: The coach will consider the wind and wave conditions and give the safety of the students as the first priority. On rainy days, the activity will be held as usual if the wind is small, the waves are small, and there is no thunder.

Whether the typhoon event is postponed: If the typhoon event is postponed, the location or time can be adjusted or a refund will be made after deducting administrative fees. The extension time can be extended indefinitely.

Extremely important information: Receiving an event voucher does not mean you will be able to participate in the event! The activity you signed up for may be canceled due to weather conditions/failure to meet group standards/force majeure natural or man-made disasters. Therefore, after placing an order, please be sure to join the official LINE of Wangyang Activity within 24 hours. The ID is @ksadmg (you must add @), and take the initiative to leave the following information: order number and ordering name. If there is any situation with the event, customer service staff will notify you immediately through the official LINE account and assist with order cancellations and changes during working hours. If you fail to contact Wangyang Events, we will not be responsible for delays in the event or incomplete experience. Nature is ever-changing and unpredictable.
